I am the founder of Coffee Training Academy in Verona: the school whose task is to spread the culture of great coffee and the techniques to extract the best out of every single bean, creating passion and interest in the student and allowing them to become a real professional and a quality enthusiast.

The school has two sides: one at the premises in Via Basso Acquar in Verona, the school’s home, with the best technology and a team of trainers; the other itinerant, at roasteries and coffee shops.
